• Fully Equiped & Full Size Kitchen with complete sets of cultery and crockery including large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave
• Full size dining area for 6 + breakfast bar with stools
• Two lounges one downstairs and the other upstairs, each has a pair of three seater comfortable sofas
• Two Bedrooms, can be arranged for 2 queen beds and 1 single bed or 1 Queen bed and 3 single beds or 5 single beds plus a pull out sofa bed if required
• Every room in the house has a flat screen TV and DVD player, one in each bedroom and one in each lounge, a total of 4 TVs and 4DVD palyers. also CD player, clock radios etc
• Two full strength air condition both for heating and cooling, one upstairs and one downstairs
• Front loading washing machine and clothes line
• A single car lock up garage, extra cars can be parked on side street
• Four burner BBQ undercover on ground floor deck & courtyard
• For the smoker.... a deck from Master bedroom upstairs
• All linen and towels are provided
